Teresa Foster's property management experience has been acknowledged by the REIQ, announcing her as a finalist for 2008 Property Manager of the Year. In June 2008, Teresa was awarded as the #1 Property Manager for LJ Hooker within Queensland. She has also served a very successful two year term as President of Queensland’s Property Management Chapter Landlords couldn't wish for any better – one of the country's fastest growing and booming suburbs....and the services of one of the leading Property Managers & Principals in the state of Queensland.
Richard Graves has spent a number of years in the real estate industry at a corporate level with LJ Hooker. As a Regional Manager, he had the responsibility for coordinating and directing the operations of a wide network of LJ Hooker offices across Queensland and Northern Rivers New South Wales. In 2007, together with the Gold Coast network of offices, Richard was awarded the very prestigious International Managing Director’s Best Cell Award. Having run our very successful award winning residential sales team for several years, Richard has now turned his attention to growing the commercial sales side of the business.
Shane Colquhoun is a well known and successful real estate personality on the Gold Coast, having previously won the REIQ Salesperson of the Year and being finalist for LJ Hooker Franchise Owner of the Year in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010. Shane has also recently been appointed to the Franchise Owner’ Council for LJ Hooker. He also owns LJ Hooker Nerang, another of Australia's top performing LJ Hooker offices.
Sales Manager, Jason Read, the number one agent on the Gold Coast, winner of several sales awards, a current member of the exclusive Multi Million Dollar Chapter heads up the LJ Hooker residential sales team. Our business could not ask for a more qualified and dynamic sales team leader.
